Coral Ridge Towers East Condominium is an existing 16-story high-rise (there is no 13 th floor) the building is located at 3300 NE 36th Street Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 33308. The building was built in 1966 and the occupancy of this building is as an Existing Apartment Occupancy with other accessory uses. The building is T-shaped with a corridor running generally south to north of approximately 316 feet, intersected by a corridor running west to east of approximately 147 feet. The upper floors are served by four stairwells. Three elevators are located at the intersection of the two wings. Parking is available at ground level on the perimeter of the building.

Two items are covered in this report (1) A life safety survey and a professional analysis on the life safety conditions on the building and (2) a set of recommendations called the “Engineered Life Safety System” which upon approval by the City of Ft. Lauderdale Fire Department, become the required modifications and upgrades to be implemented.
