The occupancy of this building, as classified in the Florida Fire Prevention Code, is a multiple occupancy, separated, existing apartment occupancy with assembly, storage and other incidental uses. The building is T-shaped with a corridor running North to South of approximately 289 feet, intersected at the midpoint by a corridor running West to East of approximately 147 feet. The upper floors are served by four stairwells, one at each end and one at the midpoint and four elevators located at the intersection of the two wings. Parking is available at ground level on the perimeter of the building. There is no parking garage.
