Dorsett House Condominium is a single existing 14-Story high-rises (there are no 13th floors) the buildings located at 2500 NE 135th St., North Miami, Florida 33181. The occupancy of this building is Apartment Occupancy with other uses described below. The building contains two stairwells and an elevator, the residential corridors run east to west. Two items are covered in this report (1) A life safety survey and a professional analysis on the life safety conditions on the building and (2) a set of recommendations called the “Engineered Life Safety System” which upon approval by Miami/Dade Fire Department, become the required modifications and upgrades to be implemented.
