The 26-story tower consists of a common level/entry floor on the first floor, with 1/3 of the building built over the bay. It is condo apartments from the 2nd floor to the roof, with a penthouse unit having access to the private roof area on the west side. The shape of the building of a is a unique tri-star shape, with all curved interior and exterior walls and balconies. The one-of a kind elevators are shaped to fit the contour of the a building, opening into a shared common area, rather than a corridor on all common floors.
