The Renaissance of Pompano Beach II is an existing 27-story high-rise. The occupancy of this building, as classified in the Florida Fire Prevention Code, is a multiple occupancy, mixed, existing apartment occupancy with assembly, storage and other incidental uses.

The residential tower contains 191 dwelling units served by two exit stair enclosures located at each end of the exit access corridors. All floors are served by two elevator shafts on a common elevator lobby area at the west end of the corridor. The north shaft has two elevator cabs and the south shaft has a single elevator cab. The lower level parking garage is not separated from the lower level parking garage of Renaissance I.
