Seagate Manor is an existing 11-Story high-rise building located in Delray Beach, Florida. The occupancy of this building is Residential Occupancy. The core of the building contains two stairwells and an elevator, the residential corridors run from east to west. Two items are covered in this report (1) A life safety survey and a professional analysis on the life safety conditions on the building and (2) a set of recommendations called the “Engineered Life Safety System” which upon approval by Delray Beach Fire Department, become the required modifications and upgrades to be implemented.
