Buckley Towers is an existing high-rise condominium of two 17-story towers at 1301 and 1351 NE Miami Gardens Drive, Miami Gardens, Florida. The West Building is 1301; the East Building is 1351. Both towers were originally constructed in 1970 with Type I construction. There is no 13th floor. The occupancy of each building, as classified in the Florida Fire Prevention Code, is an existing apartment occupancy with mixed uses. Level 1 includes lobby, offices, retail, and trash rooms. Levels 2 through 17 are apartment units, mechanical rooms, and laundry rooms.

Each tower is served by three enclosed exit stairways. Elevators in each tower are one bank of two elevators and one bank of one elevator.
