Imperial Towers is an existing high-rise condominium of two 11-story buildings at 1817 and 1825 South Ocean Drive, Hallandale Beach, Florida. Both buildings were originally constructed in 1971 with Type I construction. The occupancy of each building, as classified in the Florida Fire Prevention Code, is an existing apartment occupancy with mixed uses. Level 1 includes offices, multi-purpose rooms, lobby, MEP rooms, and storage rooms. Levels 2 through 11 are residential and storage rooms.

Each building is served by three enclosed exit stairways and one elevator shaft with two side-by-side cabs.
