Annual special inspection of the smoke control system for a South Florida high-rise, performed in accordance with the Florida Building Code and NFPA 92. Scope includes verification of stair pressurization and elevator lobby pressures, fan and damper operation, and interface with the fire alarm system under normal and emergency power. We provide a signed special inspector report suitable for submittal to the local AHJ, with a punch list of any deficiencies found.
