5600 Condominium is an existing 18-Story high-rise (there is no 13 th floor) building located at 5600 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida 33062. The occupancy of this building is Apartment Occupancy with other uses described below. The building contains three stairwells, due to the L-like shape of the building the residential corridors run north to south. Two items are covered in this report (1) A life safety survey and a professional analysis on the life safety conditions on the building and (2) a set of recommendations called the “Engineered Life Safety System” which upon approval by Miami Beach Fire Department, become the required modifications and upgrades to be implemented.
