Carriage Club South Condominium is an existing 15-Story residential high-rise towers located at 5001 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL. The building was built in 1964 and the occupancy of this building is Apartment Occupancy with other uses described below. The building is a single tower provided with two stairwells and an elevator shaft. Parking is available under the towers. Two items are covered in this report (1) A life safety survey and a professional analysis on the life safety conditions on the building and (2) a set of recommendations called the “Engineered Life Safety System” which upon approval by Miami Beach Fire Department, become the required modifications and upgrades to be implemented.
