The occupancy is an Existing Apartment Occupancy with Storage (parking) and other accessory uses. The building is composed of a single tower accessed by a common elevator lobby and served by exit stairs located at center of the corridor. Parking is provided in a two-story open parking garage located on the north side of the building.

Two items are covered in this report (1) A life safety survey and a professional analysis on the life safety conditions on the building and (2) a set of recommendations called the “Engineered Life Safety System” which upon approval by the City Marco Island Fire Rescue Department, become the required modifications and upgrades to be implemented.
