The Rapallo Condominium is an existing 19-story high-rise (there is no 13 th floor) the building is located at 1701 S Flagler Dr., West Palm Beach, Florida, 33401. The building was built in 1972 and the occupancy of this building is Apartment Occupancy with other accessory uses. The building is crescent shaped with the upper floors are served by three stairwells and three elevators located at the middle section of the building. Parking is available at ground level on the west side of the building.

Two items are covered in this report (1) A life safety survey and a professional analysis on the life safety conditions on the building and (2) a set of recommendations called the “Engineered Life Safety System” which upon approval by the City of West Palm Beach Fire Rescue, become the required modifications and upgrades to be implemented.
