Project Desciption

Owner or association needs help interpreting a condominium code violation notice issued by the local fire official or building department. We review the cited code sections and existing conditions, then explain in plain language what the violation actually requires. Our recommendation identifies the correct path forward, whether that is an inspection, an engineered design, or a permit submittal. Deliverable is a short written summary you can share with your board and the AHJ.
