Phoenix Towers is two existing 24-story high-rise (there is no 13 th floor). The buildings were built between 1972 (Tower A) and 1974 (Tower B) . The occupancy of this building, as classified in the Florida Fire Prevention Code, is a multiple occupancy, mixed, existing apartment occupancy with assembly, storage and other incidental uses. There is no parking garage.
