Built in 1973, Seagrape Tower of Singer Island is a 16 story highrise with 4 units per floor for a total of 60 units. The occupancy of this building is Apartment Occupancy with other uses described below. The core of the building contains two stairwells and an elevator, the residential corridors wrap around this core of the building creating a continuous square pattern on every floor. Two items are covered in this report (1) A life safety survey and a professional analysis on the life safety conditions on the building and (2) a set of recommendations called the “Engineered Life Safety System” which upon approval by Riviera Beach Fire Department, become the required modifications and upgrades to be implemented.
